What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.


Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned for each product on its product page. The charges varies depending on your location, weight & volume of the product. During any promotional event or an offer, the shipping and delivery is provided on discounted rates,which will be shown on the product page.


How do I pay for my purchases at planmyschool.com?

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We are committed at delivering all orders within 2-3 business days of the order being confirmed. This shipping policy applies to all orders placed at planmyschool.com. We also offer Next Day delivery on certain products.

You may verify the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Information, and request for its amendment,if appropriate. However,under certain circumstances permitted by law, we shall not disclose certain information to you. For example, we may not disclose information relating to you if other individuals are referenced or if there are legal, security or commercial proprietary restrictions.


How do I place a cancellation request at planmyschool.com?

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Call our customer care/go through our portal and mention your order ID along with the reason for cancellation request of your order.
2. Once the cancellation request is initiated, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Note: Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund the prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.


If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product or ‘Not as described’ please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us within 10 days of your order reciept. You can get your items replaced.


If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it within 10 days of your order reciept. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself.Call the planmyschool.com customer care for further assistance.


How do I track my order?

To track an order status, please go through our portal and select track you order option or call our customer helpline number (10AM - 7PM, Mon to Sat) and get in touch with our customer service team. Please keep your invoice number/order number ready with you. You can also write to us at planmyschool.com and we will email you your order status.
