At planmyschool.com we take all precautions to ensure proper packing and shipping of your items so that you can buy items online in a hassle free manner. But if something is wrong with the item shipped by planmyschool.com, we ensure an easy return and/or replacement against your purchase.
If your order was placed online you can return/ exchange item(s) back to us by clicking the "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" buttons in the order details page at your planmyschool.com account. You will further need to mention few more details there for us to understand better the reasons for return/ exchange. We will then arrange for a reverse pick up of that item(s) from your address.
Item eligibility for Return/ Exchange:
1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.
2.Items should be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Item categories forbidden from Return/ Exchange:
1. All school specific items like Text Books, Book Sets, Note Books, practical files, etc can not be returned/ exchanged in any circumstances. 2. Any Stationery Items too can not be returned/ exchanged.

Question :Till how many days can I return the item which is allowed as per policy?
Ans :You can initiate a replacement process within 10 days of the delivery of the item.
Question :Can I cancel my order, after making payments?
Answer :Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the order is shipped for delivery to your shipment address.
Question :Can I return an item, ordered after purchasing due to change of mind?
Answer : Yes, you can return the item until the item has been dispatched for delivery. Once the item is dispatched for delivery from the warehouse the standard replacement policy will follow. However, it is worth noting that once an order is out for delivery it will no longer be eligible for refund.
Question :What about the difference in the exchange amount?
Answer :Customer needs to pay the excess amount in case the amount is different from the original purchase amount.
1. We'll make the refund to the card/account that was used to pay for the original order.
2. Normally refund happens within 7 days of cancellation of order. In case it is delayed, same can be enquired about through our support team.
